Studio Guidelines

1. Rescheduling of individual lessons
In case of cancellation of individual lessons due to illness or absence: notify
the teacher as early as possible but no later than 10.00 am on the day
of the lesson. Cancellation later than 10.00 am on the day of the lesson
means that the lesson will expire. The cancellation must be notified to the
teacher via SMS or email.

2. Replacement lesson
A maximum of two (2) individual lessons per term can be substituted
Replacement lessons are given on reserve weeks
Group lessons cannot be replaced

3. Ill teacher
If the teacher is ill or absent, the lesson will be rescheduled to a later
date.

4. Cancellation of place
Cancellation of the place for the course must be made in writing to the teacher.
The last notice date for the autumn term is May 1, for the spring term
December 1.
